Septic Installation is a family business for the Avila’s so it is no surprise  that JR began his installation career when he was only 14 years old helping out his dad.  Upon graduation from high school, he left the family business to work for other installers to gain valuable experience.

In 2003, after 10 years of working for others, he left to venture out on his own – starting Hill Country Excavation.  Now, having a Texas OSSF Installer II license, he has the necessary training and knowledge to professionally install most septic systems efficiently and cost effective.  He discusses the best option with his client and answers all questions they may have, creating a unique bond with them.
